Initial Consultation
6o mins
During our first consultation together, we will dive deep into discussing your health history, main health concerns, body systems involved and diet & lifestyle practices.
This holistic approach allows me to identify and educate you on the underlying driving factors of your symptoms. Together we will come up with individualised, achievable treatment goals which help to inform our treatment.
Treatment may include a combination of herbal medicine, nutritional supplements and/or diet and lifestyle advice. Further pathology or functional testing will often be recommended.
If I do choose to prescribe, I ensure that my clients to walk away from the consultation feeling that they understand exactly what they are taking and why.
After our session, an in depth treatment plan will be emailed to you including treatment goals, the prescription and any diet and lifestyle modifications discussed.

Follow-up consultations are focused around monitoring progress and making adjustments to our treatment plan if needed.
We also review test results and discuss any further aspects of your health not covered during the initial consultation.
After our initial consultation, I will do an in-depth analysis of your health and your presenting symptoms. Our follow up consultations give me the opportunity to share these findings with you with the goal of educating and empowering you to better understand your health.
